What you will do

• Review and approve projects submitted by participating trade allies.
• Perform desktop and field QA/QC to validate technical project data and ensure compliance with process controls.
• Coach and train Trade Allies and internal teams on best practices and audit resolutions.
• Assemble reports, presentations, and manage databases using MS Office and industry-specific software.
• Build and maintain in-person relationships with Louisiana Trade Allies, non-profits, and industry associations.
• Represent program offerings at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably in utilities, energy efficiency, construction, or trades.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Reliable vehicle for local travel (20-30% of the time) in the region.

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge of residential energy efficiency.
• Experience working with non-profits or managing trade ally networks.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or BPI credentials.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
