What you will do

• Support program operations across multiple offerings to ensure alignment with guidelines and objectives.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Track program activity, submissions, and performance metrics to support organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain reports for forecasting, planning, and client deliverables.
• Assist with contractor database management and internal systems support.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking.
• Experience supporting reporting, metrics, or program performance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail in data management and quality control.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
