What you will do

• Support the full grant lifecycle for HOMES or HEEHR federal teams, including application and plan review.
• Provide both desktop and on-site monitoring support.
• Perform technical evaluations of recipient submissions and recommend corrective actions.
• Track milestones, budgets, and technical targets against approved recipient plans.
• Review performance and financial reports for compliance with statutes and award terms.
• Manage award closeout and maintain official file documentation in DOE systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (Master's degree may substitute for 2 years).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the Federal Government.
• Experience with financial assistance documentation and financial tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of federal financial assistance statutes and regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or environmental sciences.
• Experience supporting the Home Energy Rebates program (HOMES and/or HEEHR).
• Experience supporting SCEP or the Department of Energy.
• Familiarity with DOE systems.
