What you will do

• Set up and maintain MCP servers to connect AI systems with internal tools and data sources.
• Configure and govern AI features within SaaS platforms such as Slack AI, Okta AI, and Google Gemini.
• Provision AI agent infrastructure, including service accounts, API key management, and access auditing.
• Administer enterprise IT systems and SaaS toolsets, managing the full lifecycle of access and feature rollouts.
• Identify and resolve technical debt across IT workflows and system integrations.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex ITSM issues for the IT support team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and work in Eastern or Central time zones.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT system administration.
• Hands-on experience with MCP server setup, AI agent deployment, and AI configuration in SaaS tools.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting, Git, and configuration formats like JSON/YAML.
• Experience with Docker for running and troubleshooting containerized services.
• Familiarity with IDP tools (Okta), OAuth, and SSO from an IT perspective.

• Certifications in AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic).
