What you will do

• Build and optimize high-performance Android applications for risk control and identity verification products.
• Deploy and optimize lightweight on-device AI models for face recognition, liveness detection, and action recognition.
• Develop Android client-side libraries and frameworks to improve code quality and development speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build hybrid frameworks and on-device inference pipelines.
• Implement user action recognition flows involving camera capture and on-device preprocessing.
• Handle real-time video processing, frame management, and camera stream handling on Android.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building Android applications from scratch with high proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Proven experience with local AI model deployment on Android and optimized inference.
• Experience with Android video processing, including camera capture and real-time frame processing.
• Familiarity with face recognition, computer vision, liveness, and anti-spoofing workflows.
• Proficiency in Android architecture design, Jetpack, and OkHttp.
• Must be based in Asia; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Knowledge of C++ and JNI.
