What you will do

• Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
• Transform complex financial flows into simple, fast, and reliable mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to take features from idea to production.
• Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, and release stability.
• Use production feedback and analytics to iteratively improve features post-launch.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, and secure data handling for financial workflows.

Requirements

• Strong native Android experience using Kotlin.
• Proven experience shipping Android apps used by real users.
• Deep understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Strong product sense and care for UX beyond just completing tickets.
• Ability to debug production issues and improve app performance and reliability.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
