What you will do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin for insurance, payments, and financial services.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys into clean mobile flows.
- Integrate backend APIs while ensuring stability, security, and reliability.
- Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading states, and memory usage.
- Utilize analytics and user behavior data to drive product improvements.
- Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences where they genuinely improve the user journey.
Requirements
- Must be based in Taiwan.
- 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
- Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and edge-case handling.
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

- Portfolio containing app links, GitHub profile, or screenshots of shipped work.
