Android Developer (AI Finance Agent)

Location: Malaysia; hybrid work from the Malaysia office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
• Turn complex financial flows into simple, fast, and reliable mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers from ideation through production release.
• Own app quality, including performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, and release stability.
• Use production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior to improve features after launch.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling, and financial workflows with strong attention to reliability.

Requirements

• Strong native Android experience using Kotlin.
• Experience shipping Android applications used by real customers.
• Good understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android development.
• Strong product sense and attention to user experience.
• Ability to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and app quality.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language.
