What you will do

• Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, payments, transfers, and AI-assisted user journeys.
• Transform complex financial flows into simple, fast, and reliable mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to take features from concept to production.
• Own app quality, including performance, crash rates, loading states, and release stability.
• Utilize production feedback and analytics to iterate and improve features post-launch.
• Integrate APIs and authentication with a strong focus on secure data handling and financial reliability.

Requirements

• Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Proven experience shipping Android applications used by real users.
• Solid understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Strong product sense with a focus on UX and performance.
• Ability to debug production issues and maintain high app quality.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
• Strong English communication skills required.
