hirify.global is recruiting on behalf of a partner company building a next-generation AI platform for commercial real estate workflows.

What you will do

• Define the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap to determine which capabilities to build and scale.
• Work directly with customers to validate assumptions and translate workflow insights into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver AI-powered features from concept through launch.
• Create evaluation frameworks, quality benchmarks, and success criteria for AI features.
• Design and improve prompts, retrieval strategies (RAG), context management, and AI workflows.
• Establish AI safety and reliability standards, including grounding strategies and hallucination prevention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including launching AI/ML or LLM-powered features.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Replit.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context design, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Technical depth to discuss tradeoffs involving models, data, infrastructure, and latency.
• Experience conducting customer discovery, user interviews, and workflow analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI assistants, copilots, or agentic products.
• Background in vertical SaaS or the commercial real estate industry.
