What you will do

• Own the intake and prioritization process for AI applications, automations, and agent requests.
• Build and maintain a strategic roadmap based on business value, technical feasibility, and risk.
• Establish governance standards for security, compliance, and data protection for AI deployments.
• Define quality frameworks including evaluation criteria, monitoring processes, and incident response.
• Develop responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, explainability, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead buy-versus-build evaluations for AI tools and platforms in collaboration with technical teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or technology leadership.
• Proven track record of managing complex internal technology initiatives and delivery.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud environments, identity management, and production operations.
• Practical experience with LLM application patterns, including agents and retrieval systems.
• Knowledge of AI lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Background in regulated industries such as insurance, finance, or healthcare.
• Experience with cloud cost management and FinOps.
