What you will do

• Own and evolve real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboards used for actual reporting.
• Develop and productionize CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces used by auditors across multiple audit domains.
• Build agentic, human-in-the-loop AI applications integrated into the audit team’s standard workflow and adoption.
• Deliver end-to-end full-stack applications using the existing platform runtime (AWS or GCP) and React/Next.js front-end.
• Integrate third-party systems and enterprise tooling (JIRA, Google Workspace, SaaS APIs) and support evidence/reporting pipelines.
• Operate, debug, and hotfix your counterpart’s stack as part of a two-person engineering team.

Requirements

• 6+ years building and maintaining full-stack web applications in production, owning them over time.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: data structures/algorithms, fluent Python (or comparable backend language), and strong SQL/data modeling.
• Proven front-end skills with React/Next.js and TypeScript, plus real-time/streaming data visualization with drill-through to evidence.
• Experience implementing agentic AI features with responsible-AI practices (human-in-the-loop, validation, red-teaming, handling hallucinations/errors).
• Security and audit-trail thinking at the app layer (access controls, evidence handling) with automated testing and documentation.
• Experience integrating enterprise tools (JIRA, Google Workspace, SaaS APIs) and driving adoption with non-technical users.
