What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for client engagements, overseeing the entire deployment and customization lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between internal engineering teams and client stakeholders.
• Develop rapid prototypes for integrations and build internal tooling to meet specific client requirements.
• Manage the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to translate client insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA for onsite work
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
• Deep expertise integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms.
• Strong proficiency with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2).
• Ability to meet healthcare facility requirements, including drug screening and proof of vaccinations.

Nice to have

• Strong Python skills for scripting and debugging.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data handling practices.
