What you will do

• Audit enterprise workflows and design target architectures using Anthropic models, Claude Code, custom MCP servers, and agentic tooling.
• Embed directly within client engineering organizations to refactor codebases and implement AI-augmented practices in live pipelines.
• Act as the technical and commercial anchor for US market expansion, managing relationships with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Codify patterns, tools, and best practices from US engagements to scale the global delivery playbook.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning complex technical delivery and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on production experience shipping systems in Python, TypeScript, or Java across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Active daily proficiency with AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or agentic frameworks.
• Commercial mindset to identify high-value enterprise problems and drive account growth.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Financial Services, Energy, or Healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with MCP server development.
• Prior experience in DevEx or Forward Deployed Engineering roles.
