What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade LLM solutions and agent workflows.
• Define technical strategy and reference architecture for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional AI projects from problem definition to production adoption.
• Build robust integrations between AI tooling and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Establish governance, monitoring, and safety metrics for AI services.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable libraries and infrastructure-as-code modules.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of professional software engineering or systems integration experience.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience owning the full lifecycle of LLM and agent-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing API integrations and working with security-sensitive systems.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in high-growth, pre-IPO companies.
