What you will do

• Develop custom features and integrations using the hirify.global SDK, TypeScript, and JavaScript to automate project workflows.
• Build tailored visualizations, advanced data analysis tools, and custom user interface elements.
• Serve as a deep technical advisor, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Lead hands-on training and workshops for customers on SDK and API best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify strategic opportunities for custom development and account growth.
• Ensure platform configurations are meticulously aligned with customer technical environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer or Forward-Deployed Engineer delivering enterprise-level technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Experience with modern development tools including Git, Node, npm, and command-line interfaces.
• Proven ability to utilize proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs to build robust, integrated solutions.
• Skilled in data analysis, integration, and building tailored tools like macros or data pipelines.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to both engineers and executives.
