Senior Manager, Customer Marketing (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end program for Tier 1 customers, from story qualification through production, launch, and reporting.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with top customers and Fortune 500 executives, including CDOs.
• Develop full co-marketing campaign concepts, including flagship films, keynote appearances, and integrated paid campaigns.
• Partner with Sales to use high-visibility storytelling to support account retention, expansion, and growth.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Social, PR, ABM, and Executive Communications.
• Recruit and manage a rigorous pipeline of customer advocates across various industry verticals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA
• 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, co-marketing, or integrated campaign management in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives at enterprise-scale organizations.
• Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder co-marketing campaigns from brief through launch.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Track record of producing premium content such as customer films and marquee event speaker programs.
• Familiarity with corporate communications dynamics for publicly traded or privacy-conscious brands.
• Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Wrike.
