Senior Customer Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, five days a week, Monday–Friday

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build the customer marketing program and establish a central source of truth for customer insights.
• Develop and manage a production calendar for case studies, videos, quotes, event opportunities, and other customer proof points.
• Design customer-led lifecycle campaigns, events, awards, and advocacy initiatives.
• Own customer references and advocacy programs end to end, supporting Sales with qualified references.
• Bring customer evidence into product launches and expand partner, co-marketing, creator, and influencer initiatives.
• Track program performance, including influenced pipeline, active stories, sourced references, and advocacy participation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or both at a high-growth company.
• Experience building marketing programs from scratch with strong operational follow-through.
• Strong customer storytelling, campaign development, program management, and content distribution skills.
• Ability to secure customer participation and communications approval and work effectively with senior CX leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows for research synthesis, content creation, and daily marketing operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
