What you will do

• Review and process employee reimbursement claims and vendor invoices for accuracy and correct coding in NetSuite.
• Prepare and support invoice payment runs and employee reimbursements within established authorization limits.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and clearing reconciling items promptly.
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable and cash balances.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal controls, segregation of duties, and approval matrices.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or shared services.
• Basic working knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Ability to follow strict processes and controls in a regulated environment.
• Must be based in Asia.
