Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and manage three-way matching across multiple entities and currencies.
• Perform vendor, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close.
• Manage employee expense claims and validate transactions within travel systems.
• Monitor payment due dates and execute payment runs while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with internal finance policies.
• Contribute to ERP optimization and AP automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
• Proficiency in bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AP best practices and internal controls.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
• Exposure to international tax jurisdictions (VAT, GST, WHT).
• Experience with AP automation platforms.
