What you will do

• Review and process vendor invoices through Coupa, ensuring accurate validation and routing for approval.
• Perform invoice matching against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate general ledger (GL) coding to support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare and support payment processing activities according to company policies.
• Review corporate card transactions in Brex to ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance operations.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, payment workflows, and basic accounting concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems and expense management platforms (Coupa or Brex preferred).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
