Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Plan and execute pharmaceutical projects and cross-functional workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work onsite in Yardley, PA and travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification.
  • Previous leadership experience.
