Senior Product Manager, Data Integrations (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; Boise, ID; or remote in the MST or PST timezones. Preference is given to candidates in Pacific and Mountain timezones.

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 USD base salary per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Own data integrations between hirify.global and payroll, HR, benefits administration, carrier, and third-party administrator systems.
• Define file-based and API-based data exchange, integration contracts, enrollment and eligibility workflows, and exception handling.
• Design AI-assisted onboarding and validation experiences that interpret data, identify issues, explain errors, and recommend corrections.
• Set reliability, quality, availability, recovery, throughput, and scalability requirements for the integration platform.
• Shape the multi-year integration strategy, including architecture, migration, connectivity partnerships, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Lead partner onboarding, roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, performance tracking, and integration health measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of integrations, data exchange, platform APIs, or similar product surfaces.
• Experience designing, documenting, evolving, and retiring API products and structured business-data exchanges.
• Strong understanding of data reliability at scale, including late, incomplete, duplicated, incorrect, or partially applied data.
• Experience working directly with external technical partners and sufficient technical depth to investigate data questions independently.
• Experience handling sensitive personal or financial data under regulated frameworks, with attention to privacy, security, and auditability.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with Agile methodologies and product tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience in benefits, health insurance, HSA/FSA/HRA plans, benefits compliance, or IRS regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll, HR, benefits administration, carrier, or third-party administrator ecosystems and industry data standards.
• Experience modernizing legacy integrations, evaluating connectivity vendors, or building AI-powered product experiences.
• Experience across B2B and B2C products or mentoring junior product managers.
