Lead Product Manager, Enterprise Services Management (AI)

Location: San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Work from home is generally available on Wednesdays, while Friday flexibility depends on the role and team.

Base salary: $205,000–$230,000 per year, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the 0→1 product strategy and three-year vision for Asana’s Enterprise Services Management business.
• Develop differentiation through AI agents, automations, and deep workflow integrations.
• Work directly with customers to validate pain points, co-develop workflows, define MVP scope, and shape an iterative roadmap.
• Build and launch an AI-native MVP in partnership with Engineering, Design, and User Experience Research.
• Lead go-to-market work across Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, including positioning, pricing, packaging, lighthouse accounts, migration, and onboarding.
• Operate with high velocity by breaking down ambiguous problems, shipping iteratively, and learning from real usage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building AI-driven platforms, automation systems, service workflows, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling new products or incubations from 0→1.
• Technical fluency in architecture, integrations, identity systems, workflow engines, and AI agent behavior.
• Strong customer discovery, product decision-making, communication, collaboration, and enterprise go-to-market skills.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office under the office-centric hybrid schedule.
