People Systems & Insights Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Sydney, Australia, at Taronga Zoo; flexible hybrid work model with in-office, remote, and on-the-go work

Salary: AUD 116,981–129,492 base salary annually; annual package of AUD 132,588–146,768 including superannuation and leave loading.

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors and UKG HRMIS systems supporting HR operations and payroll.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases, updates, system modifications, tickets, and stakeholder communications.
• Gather requirements, improve processes, establish governance controls, and maintain HRMIS documentation.
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT, payroll, People Operations, and third-party providers.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc people reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for executives, management, the Board, and committees.
• Create user guides and training resources and support system adoption across managers, supervisors, employees, People Operations, and Payroll.

Requirements

• Experience in HRIS administration or HR and payroll reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting business requirements, extracting business information, and communicating insights.
• IT and reporting aptitude, including Excel lookups, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Understanding of contemporary HR and safety metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical techniques and results clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience with SAP and UKG is advantageous.
