Solutions Consultant VP (AI)

Location: Remote

Total compensation: $250,000–$285,000, plus commission eligibility, equity incentive, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build deep expertise in Garner’s Employer and Provider products and clinical methodologies.
• Present Garner’s healthcare platforms and technical capabilities as a subject matter expert throughout the sales process.
• Partner with sales representatives and manage relationships with high-value prospects.
• Communicate complex healthcare analytics, methodologies, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses for critical new business opportunities.
• Track industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to support product enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales.
• At least 2 years presenting complex, data-rich methodologies and analyses.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts persuasively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, platform strategy, and project management skills.
• Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and take ownership of complex work.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
