Solutions Consultant VP (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $250,000–$285,000 total compensation annually, plus commission eligibility, equity incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in Garner’s Employer and DataPro products and clinical methodologies.
• Support sales representatives as a subject-matter expert for Garner’s healthcare platforms.
• Conduct discovery calls and help manage relationships with high-value prospects.
• Communicate Garner’s capabilities and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses for critical new business opportunities.
• Track healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience developing and implementing platform strategies.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results against tight deadlines.
• Commitment to improving the U.S. healthcare system and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
