AI Strategist, Transformation

Location: USA, NYC-Metro; hybrid

Base compensation: $180,000–$220,000 annually, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases with enterprise customers.
• Translate complex business challenges into AI opportunities, solution concepts, business cases, and actionable roadmaps.
• Lead opportunity discovery and solution scoping through development, deployment, and measurement of business outcomes.
• Partner with product, engineering, Technical Program Management, and commercial teams to move solutions into production.
• Develop long-term AI transformation strategies and identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across workflows and business units.
• Advise executives, facilitate strategic workshops, and build alignment around AI transformation priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, or strategic roles at leading technology companies.
• Extensive experience working with senior business leaders to shape strategy, influence decisions, and drive complex initiatives.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
• Experience advising or working in financial services, insurance, asset management, or other complex regulated industries.
• Strong business acumen, including business case development, ROI assessment, and connecting technology investments to measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI transformation strategies or deploying generative AI and agentic solutions within large enterprises.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
