Senior Consultant, Workforce AI

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for technology implementations and migrations.
• Assess change readiness through impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, inventories, and readiness assessments.
• Design and deliver communication materials, training programs, workshops, and user adoption plans.
• Build stakeholder engagement, change networks, and change champion programs while managing resistance.
• Monitor change progress and performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT, IT support, OCM, marketing, project management, and HR teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions, large-scale technology migration projects, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience with ADKAR and other organizational change management frameworks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Jira, and Miro.
• In-depth knowledge of collaboration tools, robotic process automation, agentic AI, and Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Prosci certification or a similar change management certification, such as ACMP.
