What you will do
- Lead complex client engagements and multiple workstreams from scope and planning through delivery.
- Guide cross-functional teams, establish priorities and accountability, and manage milestones, risks, financials, and quality.
- Facilitate strategy, roadmap, solution design, planning, and executive decision-making workshops.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
- Manage client relationships, executive communications, business development, proposals, and account-growth opportunities.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to delivery frameworks, reusable assets, recruiting, innovation, and practice development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical discipline.
- Typically 8–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
- At least five years of consulting or professional services experience leading complex client engagements.
- Experience leading project teams or multiple workstreams and managing scope, financials, delivery governance, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations.
- Strong leadership, consulting, communication, facilitation, analytical, relationship management, business acumen, and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Professional certifications in cloud platforms, AI, data management, Agile, project management, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience leading enterprise data strategy, modernization, governance, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
