What you will do

• Manage the full loan lifecycle from application to closing, acting as the primary liaison between clients and loan originators.
• Analyze credit applicant information, verify income and asset documentation, and update records in Encompass.
• Run DU/LP, stack and submit files, and request and clear necessary loan conditions.
• Maintain and track the loan pipeline, providing consistent written and verbal updates to borrowers.
• Ensure all files are complete and set up in accordance with company policies and regulatory procedures.
• Coordinate with title companies to ensure documentation is delivered at least 3 days before closing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum 3 years of current mortgage loan processing or origination experience (Conventional Fixed, ARM, HELOC, and Construction).
• Proficiency with Encompass, DU, and LP.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work varying hours and overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• State and Federal NMLS License.
• Experience with RESPA and consumer lending regulations.
