What you will do

• Advise customers on auto loan refinancing and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach.
• Explain loan terms, aftermarket products, and extended service contracts clearly to customers.
• Manage and maintain a high-volume pipeline of prospective customers to meet conversion goals.
• Process finance deals accurately while adhering to lender guidelines and finance laws.
• Perform needs assessments and effectively manage customer expectations throughout the refinancing process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in auto loan refinancing or a similar loan officer role.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and process information efficiently in real-time.
• Availability to work business hours (MT) and at least one weekend shift every four weeks.
