What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for government stakeholder engagement and capture efforts for AI and compute solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Intelligence Community decision-makers, program managers, and technical evaluators.
• Identify new business opportunities by fusing space sensing and AI into new lines of effort and revenue sources.
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other government solicitations with technical content and differentiated value propositions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, mission management, finance, and contracts.
• Refine engagement roadmaps based on mission needs, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Washington, DC and work onsite full-time.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the Intelligence Community or federal national security space (e.g., FBI, DOD, CIA, DISA).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes and contract vehicles used in the IC.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in science, policy, business, or international affairs.
• Direct experience supporting program development with agencies like DIA, NGA, NSA, or CIA.
• Experience modernizing Government AI/ML capabilities, AI agent workflows, and generative AI applications.
• Experience partnering with cloud hyperscalers or system integrators.
• 2+ years of technical project management or systems engineering experience.
