Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $70,000/year - $120,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own and evolve recruiting strategy across all teams by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure clear visibility into pipeline health and performance.
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS and sourcing platforms).
• Champion candidate experience from first touch through offer close, and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely within the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools; strong analytical and communication skills.
