What you will do

• Map the talent landscape for researchers and engineers across companies, open-source communities, and research labs.
• Execute high-volume outreach via social media and direct engagement channels.
• Organize recruitment events including coding competitions, meetups, and conference presence.
• Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track pipeline performance metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and refine sourcing strategies for critical technical roles.
• Manage community engagement through networking and referral programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth or competitive technical environments.
• Proven ability to identify and attract specialized talent for niche engineering roles.
• Proficiency with professional sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, or Juicebox.
• Strong market intelligence and candidate mapping research skills.
• Capability to evaluate technical quality from GitHub profiles and research papers.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California.
