What you will do

• Plan and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, and webinars.
• Develop targeted 1:many and 1:few ABM programs for high-priority industries and accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to align messaging and lead follow-up strategies.
• Optimize digital tactics and landing pages to drive qualified leads and opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools for account research, copy drafting, and automating campaign development.
• Analyze funnel performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and 6sense.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that convert leads into pipeline.
• Proficiency with HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, and ABM platforms like 6sense or Unify.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build reports.
• Must be based in San Jose, California (On-site).
• AI fluency: the ability to use AI daily for research, building, analysis, and automation.
