What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product-led growth (PLG) strategy for the self-serve customer journey.
• Optimize onboarding, lifecycle marketing, in-product messaging, and referral programs.
• Manage paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content-led strategies, and emerging search (AEO).
• Partner with Product, Sales, and RevOps to define PQLs and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Establish a culture of experimentation using data and insights to optimize funnel performance.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning an end-to-end PLG funnel with measurable improvements in activation and retention.
• Strong expertise in managing paid acquisition strategy and optimization across major digital channels.
• Experience with onboarding and engagement tools such as Pendo or Appcues.
• Analytical proficiency using platforms like HubSpot and Metabase to define PQLs and measure performance.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
