Salary: $105,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Lead facility safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, PSM, RCRA, TSCA, and DOT regulations.
• Manage plant infrastructure, maintenance budgets, and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Drive process optimization and structured problem-solving using Six Sigma and 8D methodologies.
• Develop capital project proposals, cost estimates, and execute expenditures on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and cycle count processes.
• Lead multi-site engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives as a key site leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive operations, engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing safety programs and maintaining compliance with EHS regulations.
• Proven track record in developing and executing maintenance, reliability, or capital improvement programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience supporting OSHA 1910.119 PSM programs.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or DFSS certification.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• MBA with a concentration in Operations Management, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience in adhesives manufacturing or chemical processing environments.
