What you will do

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production.
• Collaborate with product engineers and design teams to align strategies and manufacturing requirements.
• Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle to improve efficiency.
• Design integration and assembly processes, including necessary tooling and fixtures.
• Partner with manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve technical challenges.
• Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify and drive factory performance enhancements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, Computer Engineering, Science, or another STEM-related field.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related occupation.
• On-site presence required at the hirify.global site at least 4 days per week.
