What you will do

• Manage complex operational planning processes with significant cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive Order Management activities within hirify.global IT systems to ensure correct execution of operational plans.
• Resolve complex operational issues regarding quantity and location mismatches and perform deep-dive analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Measure and report risks and gaps in operational planning using data and analytics.
• Apply and lead structured problem-solving methodologies, specifically the A3 methodology.
• Act as a coach and role model for junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with an ERP system (e.g., SAP).
• Legal authorization to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site in a cleanroom environment in San Diego, CA.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
