What you will do

• Act as the primary architecture counterpart for enterprise architects and technical leadership at large financial institutions.
• Design target solution architectures for enterprise transformations, integrating hirify.global with core banking systems and data platforms.
• Solve complex architecture challenges regarding integration patterns, deployment models, security, and data residency.
• Lead architecture workshops and reference architecture reviews with stakeholders ranging from engineers to CTOs.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints for the engineering and sales teams.
• Collaborate across pre-sales and post-sales to ensure technical feasibility and successful production deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, preferably within financial services.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS and enterprise integration patterns (event-driven, APIs, streaming).
• Proven experience integrating modern SaaS platforms with legacy systems such as core banking platforms or mainframes.
• Strong expertise in security and compliance for regulated industries (encryption, auth patterns, data residency).
• Ability to communicate complex technical architectures crisply to both executive and technical audiences.
• Experience operating across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales conversations to production deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Principal Consultant or Architect at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy.
• Experience designing production architectures for AI/ML or Generative AI workloads.
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF.
• Experience responding to enterprise RFPs and security reviews.
