What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire control systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections of roofs, mechanical rooms, and electrical rooms.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, including carpentry and minor electrical work.
• Collaborate with facility managers, tenants, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Coordinate construction projects and assist in natural disaster recovery efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Fort Worth, TX as this is a strictly onsite role.
• Training and certification in HVAC or Operating Engineer technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of field experience or equivalent technical training.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English to understand manuals and instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb 28 ft ladders routinely.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, and NFC codes and regulations.
