What you will do

• Build and maintain detailed talent maps for key functions to identify target companies and teams.
• Create evidence-based conviction packets for advanced candidates, highlighting their achievements and potential risks.
• Analyze talent flows, compensation benchmarks, and skill concentrations using structured data.
• Identify passive candidates through technical communities, conference talks, GitHub, and open-source contributions.
• Partner with executive leadership to refine role requirements based on talent market insights.
• Contribute to internal sourcing playbooks and recruitment frameworks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in written analysis roles such as talent intelligence, executive search, or consulting.
• Ability to analyze technical backgrounds via GitHub history, engineering blogs, and conference talks.
• Strong written communication skills with a habit of high specificity.
• Systems thinking orientation to analyze discrete decisions and their consequences.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, Palo Alto, New York City, or Seattle.
