What you will do

• Lead OCM and operational readiness assessments for federal agency initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between various business units and government stakeholders through virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and user adoption/training programs.
• Identify organizational design challenges and provide recommendations to mitigate resistance to change.
• Apply behavioral tools to assess organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for internal and external customers during IT implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or organizational transformation.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with OCM in the context of system or IT implementations (ERP experience strongly desired).
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting or change management.
• Experience working with the VA, VHA, or VBA.
• Experience supporting Financial Management system transformations.
