Senior Consultant - Infor HCM

What you will do

• Evaluate current system processes and recommend workflow and system configuration improvements.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot client software systems using platform-specific expertise.
• Provide project management, project leadership, status coordination, and work-product handoffs.
• Work with project teams, end users, client leadership, and hirify.global staff.
• Document progress, issues, escalations, time, expenses, and project information accurately.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to clients and teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry-specific experience; 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Consulting experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project timelines, work independently, and collaborate with teams.
• Availability for travel up to 100% and for calls, emails, and consultations outside scheduled work hours.
