Senior Consultant - Infor HCM

Location: US - National; work may be performed remotely or onsite, with travel up to 100% as required by hirify.global or the client.

What you will do

• Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend workflow and system configuration improvements.
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and modify client software systems using technical expertise and best practices.
• Provide project management, project leadership, status coordination, and work-product oversight.
• Work with project teams, end users, and organizational leadership to meet client needs.
• Mentor client and hirify.global teammates and provide leadership guidance.
• Document work progress, issues, escalations, project handoffs, time, and expenses accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry-specific experience; 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Consulting experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain professional client communication.
• Availability for variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, after-hours, on-call periods, and calls or consultations outside scheduled work hours.

• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience mentoring and guiding others.
