What you will do

• Develop project capabilities and proposals through primary and secondary research to identify information gaps.
• Structure and scope problem-solving approaches for vaguely defined commercial challenges and manage execution.
• Prepare and review high-quality project deliverables for senior management review.
• Conduct primary research interviews and extract strategic insights for client recommendations.
• Manage internal team communication and coordinate input to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of direct experience in pharmaceutical or biotech (industry or life sciences consulting).
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a highly fluid, matrixed client environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan) and payer/physician relationships.
• Experience with New Product Planning (NPP), marketing, commercial analytics, or sales functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the SF Bay area
