What you will do

• Lead the Google Cloud partnership across product integration, joint marketing, and co-sell pillars.
• Collaborate with Cloud Partner Sales teams across Americas, EMEA, and APJ to achieve annual co-sell targets.
• Develop sales plays and joint customer solutions, focusing on Global 2000 accounts and industry use cases.
• Manage Google Cloud-related incentive fund programs to support customers and sales teams.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Snowflake senior executives and Google Cloud counterparts.
• Create annual business plans and enablement materials for partner sales teams and account executives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant sales and alliances experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading an ISV partnership with Google Cloud, generating over $100M in annual co-sell.
• Prior background in software and SaaS.
• Proven success leading alliance partnerships and identifying mutual business interests.
• Strong analytical and data-driven strategic thinking skills for creative problem solving.
• Strong executive presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
