• Develop customer-centric training materials, virtual products, and "Service School" programs.
• Establish pricing models, create quotations, and oversee invoicing for training projects.
• Manage HSE training documentation and compliance reporting across North America.

Requirements

• Ability to develop communication strategies that support learning and engagement.
• Experience working with field service, engineering, or manufacturing teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible and actionable content.
