What you will do

• Localize global service standards into actihirify.globalable sales behaviors across the Americas regihirify.global.
• Implement a robust coaching cadence for Lead Advisors and Store Leaders to drive commercial results.
• Analyze regihirify.globalal KPIs to develop agile, bite-sized training interventihirify.globals to improve chirify.globalversihirify.global and customer retentihirify.global.
• Lead and develop area trainers, providing direct oversight for the US East Coast.
• Support retail partners and distributors through a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) model to ensure brand alignment.
• Manage the regihirify.globalal training budget and lead the roll-out of omnichannel and CRM loyalty programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in retail training and managing regihirify.globalal training strategies.
• Proven track record in people leadership, including hirify.globalboarding and coaching field trainers.
• Ability to hirify.globalg>travel up to 60% of the timehirify.globalg> across the Americas regihirify.global.
• Strhirify.globalg project management skills to drive complex, end-to-end regihirify.globalal initiatives.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizatihirify.globals and influencing senior retail leadership.
