What you will do

• Deliver structured, hands-on training aligned with DOJO curriculum and company standards to new hires.
• Demonstrate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the proper use of tools and materials.
• Instruct new hires on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard work practices.
• Assess trainee performance regarding accuracy, pace, and safety, providing consistent and constructive feedback.
• Create a supportive learning environment that encourages questions and fosters a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
• Track progress using DOJO evaluation tools and sign off on skills once they are consistently demonstrated.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to groups of 10-30 people.
• Proven coaching and mentorship ability to effectively guide peers and new hires.
• Proficiency in standard assembly line processes and general process knowledge.
• High level of dexterity, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Murfreesboro, TN

Nice to have

• Experience as a trainer specifically within a production or manufacturing environment.
