What you will do

• Design and deliver nuclear training content, curricula, and assessment tools for the Nuclear Organization.
• Manage the nuclear qualification program in collaboration with internal SMEs.
• Develop and oversee training program documentation to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Lead classroom-based and virtual training programs and mentor instructors.
• Audit regulatory compliance and integrate evolving NRC/DOE requirements into training programs.
• Develop and manage the nuclear training program budget, schedule, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years of experience in course instruction, training material development, or program evaluation.
• Professional experience in the nuclear industry (engineering, construction, plant operation, or training).
• U.S. Citizenship or Naturalized U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to export control requirements.
• Ability to establish and maintain a NANTeL training program.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of NQA-1 requirements for training development and records.
• Experience working under NRC or DOE regulation.
• Experience managing technical training modules via SAP-SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of ASME and Appendix B training development.
